Mr Makrides explained everything very clearly to me about the operation and the outcomes and took into account my personal situation. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and listened carefully to everything that I said and responded appropriately. He also allayed many of the fears and apprehension I had felt previously so I left feeling very reassured.
